Engineering molecular technologies for next-generation GPCR-based therapeutics

The Kalogriopoulos Lab, located in the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy, operates at the interface of protein engineering, synthetic biology, chemical biology, and pharmacology. Our core mission is the rational design of molecular tools to achieve unprecedented control over complex cellular signaling networks. We leverage our technologies to dissect fundamental biological mechanisms and to develop next-generation therapeutics. A central focus of the lab is on GPCR pharmacology and its application to cancer immunotherapies.
